Our Senior Pastor JerQuentin Sutton, M.Div.

Reverend JerQuentin Sutton has been serving as senior pastor at Lebanon Baptist Church, Westwood, NJ, since 2011. He attended and graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor's Degree, and he received a Master of Divinity from New Brunswick Theological Seminary in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He remains active in community affairs while furthering the cause of Christ. Reverend Sutton is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He is currently hosting and producing a weekly radio show called The New Day. Reverend Sutton can be heard live every Sunday from 7 pm-9 pm on www.wrsu.rutgers.radio.edu. Reverend Sutton also serves as Executive Director of the Lebanon Baptist Church, CDC. He has made an indelible impression on the Westwood community, the nation, and the world because he believes in providing sound, practical teaching and keen opportunities to edify the Kingdom of God. Reverend Sutton ministry today is centered around prayer, dynamic worship, and social justice. Reverend Sutton has an enthusiastic love for Christ and a selfless love for God's people. Reverend Sutton served as the Commissioner of Social Justice for the United Missionary Baptist State Convention of New Jersey in 2014-2016 and is presently the 2nd Vice Moderator of {Shiloh} Baptist Association since 2019. Reverend Sutton is committed to letting his light shine so the world may see his excellent work.
